Epicurean's BBQ board series features a simple rectangle shape for maximum space, is a hefty 3/8" wide, and choose from three generous sizes. There is no mess with the BBQ boards: each board has a SUPER groove to capture liquids when you carry the feast from BBQ to tabletop. The small size captures 4 oz or 1/2 cup of liquids, the medium 6 oz or 3/4 cup, and our large size a whopping 8 oz/a full cup.

Perfect.
I didn’t think I would like these boards so much. I very much loved my wooden cutting boards. However the light weight of these makes my life so much easier. Love that after cutting icky raw chicken I can just place in dishwasher
