Perfect for rolling out dough
I've rolled out pie crust several times and love this board. The integrated measurements make it easy to get your size right, the surface requires very little flour and the slim profile makes it easy to store. I've been using the opposite side as a large scale cutting board on my center island.

Pastry Perfection
I have been using a flimsy mat that rolls up. It always wants to spring back to the rolled shape it is stored in. This was an investment in making rolling out dough as easy as pie. Thank you, epicurean!
