I have been using my black Epicurean cutting board for about 20 years now and I still love it just as much as the day I purchased it! It's lighweight, thin, doesn't stain (I cook a fair amount of beets), durable and has protected my favorite chef's knife extremely well. I have never put it in the dishwasher (I don't put any of my favortie kitchen tools in the dishwasher) and beyond the normal hot, soapy water I periodically use coarse salt and a lemon (after zesting and juicing). If I ever need another cutting board it too will be Epicurean. Big Bonus...made in the USA.
