    A bit disapponted

    I ove the look of my board but am disappointed by the cut marks left my my knives. I'm glad it won't dull the knives, but don't like all the evidence of the board having been cut on. As a result, I wouldn't use it for serving. I wouldn't have expected this considering the price paid.

    Beautiful

    These are absolutely beautiful boards. I'm already considering buying more. They were a bit thinner than I expected but since the rigidity is still there I consider that a bonus

    Very attractive boards

    The first set of boards I bought were the plain brown. And they are great though a bit boring to look at as they sit on the counter. So I brought the FLW set, properly buttered them and keep them on the counter. While I've had them only a couple weeks, they appear to hold up well. The only thing to know is while the plain brown have a cool little rubber bumper at each end, the FLW set doesn't - perhaps because it would interfere with the nice design. But I do miss the little rubber dots as they also do well to keep the board in place when in use. That is the only reason for 4 stars, but a 4.9 is more appropriate.
