Wanted to like in more.
The spoon is extremely shallow. And the very thin profile means it really is not able to replace a wooden spoon in your toolkit (which is what I was hoping since it is dishwasher safe). A thicker/broader spoon is much more useful for stirring food — and most important breaking up fond at the bottom of the pan.
