Wanted to like in more.
The spoon is extremely shallow. And the very thin profile means it really is not able to replace a wooden spoon in your toolkit (which is what I was hoping since it is dishwasher safe). A thicker/broader spoon is much more useful for stirring food — and most important breaking up fond at the bottom of the pan.

Great Spoon that Protects against Scratching Special Pans
This spoon is nice and smooth for use with our non-stick pans that we don't want scratched. My only concern is that it would be nice to have a deeper bowl on the spoon for or scooping up sauce.
