Registered User Agreement

As a Registered User, this Registered User Agreement applies to you and is incorporated into our Terms of Use, which together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, guidelines, documents and materials specifically referenced therein or herein, constitute our legally binding and enforceable Agreement with you. Terms not defined in this Registered User Agreement have the meaning defined in our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.

You can always read a current copy of this Registered User Agreement using the link on your account or profile webpage and you should check frequently in order to be sure you know and understand the current terms and conditions, as well as your rights and obligations, that are contained in your Agreement with us.

If, for any reason and at any time, now or in future, you are unable or unwilling to agree to all of the terms and conditions in our Agreement with you, including this Registered User Agreement, do not log in or access your profile or your account. If you are already logged in, log out immediately, because when you log in and/or continue to use the Website, you are confirming you are still a Registered User and agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions of our Agreement with you, including this Registered User Agreement.

As a Registered User, you will be creating and maintaining an online account with us. During the registr,ation process you will set up a profile and create a Registered User ID (i.e., a unique user name and password combination) and provide us with information, including personal information, about you and your preferences. During the registration process, we may require you to authenticate and verify your e-mail account address,, phone number and/or other information for security purposes before we can confirm your status as a Registered User and set up your account. We will also use the information in your profile and account to ensure we can contact you for security purposes in the future.

You will use your Registered User ID to log in to your account, which makes ordering from us simpler and easier. We may also provide Registered Users with certain promotions, offers and benefits we choose to make available only to our Registered Users from time to time. We will use the information in your profile and account to communicate with you about your orders, transactions and activities you engage in on the Website, matters relevant to your account and customer service inquires you make or assistance you may require. As a Registered User, we may also send you information we think may be of interest to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

For security reasons, you should always keep your password strictly confidential. Don’t share your password or allow anyone else to use your Registered User ID. It is your obligation to make sure you provide accurate, complete, and current information and update your profile and payment information every time there is a change.. You can change your password at any time by logging into your account and if we assigned a password to you as part of the registration process, we strongly recommend you change it to a password only you know.

You should consider and treat your password as strictly confidential. You may not share, disclose, or give it to anyone else. If you know or suspect your password has been compromised, you should contact us immediately, because unless and until we receive notice from you, you remain solely and fully responsible and liable for any and all activity, transactions, violations of law and/or breaches of the Agreement, using or attributed to the use of your Registered User ID, regardless of whether or not you authorized such activity or were aware of it.

If you use your account or your status as a Registered Userto engage in any activity that is inappropriate, in violation of any law or regulation, or in violation of your Agreement with us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your status as a Registered User and your right to log onto the Website, without notice. We also reserve the right to contact and provide information to law enforcement authorities if that becomes necessary or is deemed appropriate by us.
