Epicurean's BBQ board series features a simple rectangle shape for maximum space, is a hefty 3/8" wide, and choose from three generous sizes. There is no mess with the BBQ boards: each board has a SUPER groove to capture liquids when you carry the feast from BBQ to tabletop. The small size captures 4 oz or 1/2 cup of liquids, the medium 6 oz or 3/4 cup, and our large size a whopping 8 oz/a full cup.

Perfect.
I didn’t think I would like these boards so much. I very much loved my wooden cutting boards. However the light weight of these makes my life so much easier. Love that after cutting icky raw chicken I can just place in dishwasher

Great quality
I haven’t tried putting this cutting board in the dishwasher yet since it didn’t fit (I picked the largest size — my fault!), but otherwise I have no complaints.

Should be 4.75 stars
The boards are great and the gutter is perfect for carving juicy items. The large one holds a great deal and is nice enough for serving.
But, and I will own this, they’re too big to fit on bottom tray of dishwasher without hitting the top tray sprayer mounted underneath. I did not check the dimensions of the boards and compare to our dishwasher. Ooops.
