We recently added a third gourmet Series cutting board to replace our last plastic board. Went with the large 15" x 19.5" in the dark grey. It is as beautiful as it is functional. More room to work on more prep. We also picked up the Board Butter, which we had not used on our first two boards, and were very satisfied to see a couple years of slight residual marks get revivified in less than a minute!

These boards are beautiful, lightweight, dishwasher safe, do not dull knives and no residue of plastics in your food! After the first small one we got a bigger one and then the larger one with routed edge for meats. Now a go-to for gifting! Elegant and three basic colors of natural, darker brown or slate. If people can skateboard on this you know it is durable!

I had this same one for 15+ years and it was finally time for a new one. I love the size and how gentle it is on my knives. Clean up is a breeze. Since I have the large size it looks lovely on my counter so I am always ready to cook

I had purchased a smaller one from 360 Cookware and loved it so much. I decided I wanted a larger one.. The one I purchased from epicurean is large enough to cut up all of my veggies for taco night then use as a serving tray. I can also cut up all of my stirfry vegetables all in one cutting board. It’s perfect.! It’s light white and so easy to clean!

Already was a big fan of gifting Epicurean boards, but the Customize feature is an excellent bonus. I made a board for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it!
