Love these paper composite products. Hearty, sturdy & they do not scar too easily. This pic is after about 8 months of FREQUENT use. It may look fairly scarred, but it’s quite superficial; you can’t really even feel the grooves when you run your hand over it - very much unlike alllll other plastic cutting boards/mats. Quality. Lasting. Heat safe. Dishwasher safe. We started with two basic cutting boards. Then very quickly went back for all the sizes, plus some of the same paper composite utensils. Threw out most of our old cutting boards. Excellent investment.

Gift for my mom
I own a couple Epicurean cutting boards, and we really like them so I gifted these to my mom for Christmas along with the board butter. I love that they are not plastic but also dishwasher safe!

Tried & true
I happened upon these cutting boards a year or two ago and love them. I have always washed them in the dishwasher & they’ve held up beautifully. No warping. I am so pleased with these items I decided to toss out all other cutting boards this year. No looking back.
