Ideal cutting board
I love Epicurean's cutting boards. My first was purchased over 20 years ago and is my favorite board. I have had wooden boards split and plastic boards stain over the same time frame that my Epicurean board has been in use . There are fewer scratch marks on the Epicurean board and it is still in very good condition after decades. I recently decided that I wanted to replace my plastic boards and was delighted to see that Epicurean boards like the one I had were still being made. The color is not as rich as the color of my older, larger board (old on left, new on right), but I am happy to have two sizes that basically match. Would buy again.

Great cutting board
I love these cutting boards. I now have 2, in different sizes. Unlike a couple of solid wood cutting boards I have, they are lightweight, and so easy to handle, and easy to store. My knives seem to like them. Really, they are now my go to favorite cutting boards.

I might have to buy another because I use this one so often. I love that it is dishwasher safe and I love the thin profile. It's perfect.

Perfect for everyday use
I already have the larger and mid sized boards - but running them through the dishwasher left me short handed. Bought some less expensive small bamboo boards but they crack eventually. These things are close to indestructible. The others I have, have lasted over 15 years as far as I can recall. Should be all set now. Great product, fair price.
