    I have owned an Epicurean cutting board for years - which I love - and bought this one for a friend on tour as it’s the perfect size for travel. She loves it! Her focus is on its size, but as an avid cook, I appreciate the fact that it will also not damage her knives, harbor bacteria, or shed tiny plastic shavings.
