I bought this cutter spur of the moment while purchasing replacement Epicurean cutting boards. I thought because their cutting boards were good, this should be too. Today I got to try it out on my 3 home made NY style pizzas. It was easy to line up the first and subsequent 3 cuts per pizza, and the cuts were clean once the cutter actually cut all the way through. However, it took more pressure to cut through the pizza crust than I thought it should and given the thinness of edge of the “handle” end, it almost hurt pushing down hard enough to cut all the way through the diameter of the crust. My roller cutter is easier in my hand.
