Love these paper composite products. Hearty, sturdy & they do not scar too easily. This pic is after about 8 months of FREQUENT use. It may look fairly scarred, but it’s quite superficial; you can’t really even feel the grooves when you run your hand over it - very much unlike alllll other plastic cutting boards/mats. Quality. Lasting. Heat safe. Dishwasher safe. We started with two basic cutting boards. Then very quickly went back for all the sizes, plus some of the same paper composite utensils. Threw out most of our old cutting boards. Excellent investment.

Great Cutting Boards
I really like my set of cutting boards. I find it very convenient to use these for cutting wetter items instead of wood. The maintenance of these is easier.

Great cutting boards
I'm very happy with my purchase. I mentioned to a friend that I was looking for new cutting boards (wanted to get rid of plastic) and she excitedly told me about epicurean. She's been using them for years and showed me her collection. Can't wait to start building my own.
